It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. Should this happen and the customer would like a replacement order, they will need to pay full price + shipping.

Similarly, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If USPS marks an item as “Delivered” to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being successfully delivered by USPS.

Returns are accepted up to 7 days after a "delivered" status has been posted on your tracking number. 

A  base is included.

All tabletop gaming DnD minis are printed in resin and will ship unpainted and unassembled. The color of resin used may vary depending on what I currently have available (usually grey or beige).I do try do clean up the 3d prints as much as possible, but some micro studs from the printing process may get missed. Miniatures will be scaled using a regular sized human miniature as seen in the pics.
